We've been awfully busy this past little bit; had company until today and lots going on...so I'm going to try to catch up!

First of all, last Saturday was Aspen's sealing. I have no words to describe how wonderful it was for our family. My mom was able to come out for it, as well as Leif, Lurlyn and little Leify and Allysia and Belen. It was awesome to have people in town and at the temple with us. And we're grateful for the small group that was there who live here, too. Honestly, I don't think anything in my life has compared to the feelings I felt when they sealed our daughter to us. I'm not even going to try to find the words because there are none sufficient enough. Just that I have never felt more love and happier. :)

Malo blessed Aspen in church last Sunday, too. That was really a special time for us, too. I didn't get any pictures because Aspen was asleep after sacrament meeting. And we'll get to do that again in 3 months or so when this little baby that's still cooking is born! :)
Here are a couple pictures from the last week:

Aspen and Belen exploring the boring contents of my fridge. These two little ones got along great while visiting here. It was cute to watch them play. Belen is a walking pro and Aspen followed her as best she could crawling! :)

Taking a break and playing with what they found....

Little Leify. He is such an adorable little man. I feel bad, though, I think Aspen was a bit rough on him; she tended to body slam him and I'm not sure he appreciated it much, but the next time we see him, he'll probably do it right back. He was a little trooper though and didn't complain that his cousin was buggin! :)
And I think the last thing I'll write about now is my dr appointment yesterday. We had ultrasound #5 and it looks like things are going pretty well. The baby is growing fairly well, which is a huge relief for me, but I have to go back in a week and check again. I have just been freaked out about everything, but I think things are going ok and that's great. I've been trying not to read too much on the internet about the single umbilical artery because all the talk about birth defects and everything just stresses me out. And since my ob is mostly concerned with her growth and making sure she is not premature or too tiny, I need to not read about all the other nonsense. So anyway, things look ok and I feel great so that's good. I feel her moving around and kicking and she is very active. Its been fun to know for sure that that's what I 'm feeling! :)
Anyway, I think that'll do it for now!! :)

How exciting! I've been waiting for you to post about the amazing event at the temple! :o) What an awesome day. Congratulations! We are so happy for you, and I was so teary when Malo was blessing Apsen. He is so genuine, and you can just hear the love for her in his voice. I can't wait to see this new little one, too. Is it still 3 months away??? Why is time moving so slow?! :o)
BTW - don't let yourself stress about the things that could go wrong. You'll drive yourself crazy! At this point, you just have faith that it's all in the Lord's hands. :o) We love you! And yes, I miss seeing you, too! :o)
We had a great time! Leify didn't mind I am sure, like you said, he will definitley make up for it when he catches up in size ;) Don't worry about her being rough ;) He never cried so I am the damage couldn't have been too bad. It was pretty funny though when he saw Aubri. He just started rolling towards her and didn't stop once he got next to her. He was a little steam roller ;)
We had a great time and can't wait to come and see you it July. I have been looking for tickets but their aren't any good deals right now so I will keep checking ;)
Yay!!! Having all the babies together was sooo much fun! I am so glad Belen and I were able to be there for such a special time! I keep telling Zak that Aspen and Belen were just the best of friends from the first moment they saw each other. The funny thing is...Belen's teeth are coming through right now, too! She's having a hard time with them as Aspen did while we were there but she's in Utah with her daddy visiting Grandma and Grandpa Benson!
Anyway, I just love you guys BUNCHES! Thank you for letting us be a part of such a wonderful time.
I am soooo excited that you guys got to be sealed to gether- How Wonderfully Beautiful is that! I don't like hearing about the pregnancy complication- are you doing OK- are you on Bedrest??? I know everything will be Ok- we will definitely say some prayers for you!!!
Yea! I have been watching your blog for the post about the temple. I am so excited for your family. It amazes me that the Lord has a plan for each of us and there can be no doubt Aspen's plan included you and Malo.
I'm so happy for you guys! What an amazing day and I'm thrilled it finally came. I am always struck at what a happy little girl Aspen is... her smile just radiates positive energy... I'm so touched at how perfectly she fits with your family, how she was meant to be your daughter. And I didn't realize there were complications... I hope everything is well. You sound optimistic... We'll be praying for you guys and I'm just so happy for you right now!
What a wonderful thing it is to be an eternal family, we're so happy for you! Love you guys:)
Congratulations, Yvee! All your dreams are coming true! I love you all and could not have wished Aspen upon two more loving (and fun!) parents. =)
